The Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) is a not-for-profit industry body with 583 members, including Indian and multinational corporations, as well as start-ups. IAMAI has been instrumental in shaping India’s digital economy. IAMAI advocates free and fair competition, and progressive and enabling laws for businesses as well as for consumers. The overarching objective of IAMAI is to ensure the progress of the internet and the digital economy. Its major areas of activities are public policy and advocacy, business to business conferences, research, promotion of start-ups and promotion of consumer trust and safety.

The India Digital Summit is the flagship annual conference of the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI). It serves as a platform for discussions, insights, and collaborations within the digital industry. The theme for the 20th edition is " Leveraging India’s Intelligent Economy".

The summit is being organised by the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI).

The Leela Bhartiya City, Bengaluru is well-connected:
  • Approximately 45 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport
  • By Metro: The nearest Namma Metro station is Nagavara Metro Station (Purple Line). From there, you can take a short auto-rickshaw or taxi ride (~10–15 minutes) to reach the venue.
  • By Bus
    • Nearby BMTC bus stops include:
    • Chokkanahalli Gate (~3–16 min walk)
    • Chokkanahalli
    • Thirumenahalli Cross
    • Nagaraesh Nagenahalli Dinne (~15–17 min walk)
  • By Car/Taxi/Auto: Taxis or app-based cabs are convenient for direct travel to the venue from anywhere in the city, especially from metro stations or bus stops.

Parking availability is subject to venue regulations. We recommend using app-based cab services for convenience.

No. We do not provide participation certificates for attending the summit.

No dedicated luggage storage facilities are available at the venue.

We recommend dressing formally for the summit.

We want to assure you that our organisation adheres to a strict privacy policy. We do not share any attendee details with external entities.

Registration Steps:

Steps to register:
  • Step 1: Click on Register now
  • Step 2: Select your pass and click on "Register"
  • Step 3: Enter all required details.
  • Step 4: Proceed by clicking “SUBMIT & NEXT”.
  • Step 5: Add your payment details & complete payment.
Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from registration@indiadigitalsummit.in.

Each pass is valid for both days of the summit. Kindly ensure to carry your pass with you throughout the entire duration of the conference.

Please note that there is no separate pass available for 'visitor only'. All passes provide access to the full range of conference activities included in each pass type.

The networking lunch is an exclusive inclusion for attendees with a Gold & Platinum pass only. Lunch is not included on any other pass.

The conference is open to individuals above the ages of 21.

IDS 2026 is expected to host 7,500+ delegates from across the digital ecosystem.

Attendees comprise founders, co-founders, CXOs, managing directors, national heads, vice presidents, policy leaders, and other senior decision-makers representing diverse industries.

Any company or organisation that aligns with the conference's themes and audience can exhibit. Typical exhibitors include startups, established companies, service providers, technology innovators, and industry leaders in the relevant fields.

Booth sizes and pricing typically vary. Common options include 1 sq mt, 4 sq m, 6 sq m and custom sizes.

The package usually includes :
  • Booth space with basic infrastructure (backdrop, spotlights, table, chairs, power supply, etc.).
  • Exhibitor passes for your team
  • Company logo on the website and exhibitor booth at the venue

  • Setup: Generally, the day or evening before the summit starts. Exact details will be shared closer to the event to the participating members
  • Dismantling: Post-summit, typically on the last day after the conference ends. Exact timings will be communicated in the exhibitor manual.

  • Pre-summit: Use social media, email campaigns to share your booth location and highlights
  • During the summit: Offer giveaways, run live demos, or host product showcases at your booth to attract attendees

Yes, however, all food and beverages must be procured through the hotel. Contact the summit organisers to confirm the guidelines

Yes, Wi-Fi and technical support will be provided on chargeable basis. Specific details will be in the exhibitor manual.

Shipping and logistics should be coordinated directly with your appointed vendor or logistics partner. Venue delivery timelines and guidelines will be shared in the exhibitor manual.

For Standard Structure, Octonorm Structure & Startup pod, no security deposit is required. However, for Raw Spaces security deposit is required.

Yes, an exhibitor manual will be provided. It includes all necessary details, including setup guidelines, schedules, logistics, and terms.

No, there is no exhibition directory available.

Yes 100% payment must be made in advance to secure your booth.

Yes, you can choose your own vendor if you have taken up a raw space.

There would be a penalty charged basis the delay occurred. Details would be mentioned in the exhibitor manual.
